Taylor Norris, CEO of Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS), today announced that Steve Naeher has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. CAPS is a leading commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) company headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Houston, TX, September 9, 2020 — Taylor Norris, CEO Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS), today announced that Steve Naeher has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering.

In announcing this appointment, Norris said, “Adding Steve to our Corporate Management Team was not a difficult decision but rather a strong recognition of his service and value to CAPS. In our primary goal of providing quality products and services that exceed customer expectations, rewarding Steve for his leadership role in the growth and development of our engineering services department is simply a natural progression.”

Steve joined CAPS in August 2018 in the role of Engineering General Manager. Before moving to CAPS Steve spent over 40 years in the industry progressing through positions in nearly every facet of the HVAC industry including mechanical installation, mechanical service, estimating, mechanical system evaluation, equipment manufacturing, total system design, heat load calculating, commissioning, and management.

Steve’s move into corporate management is a strategic move for the company. It is also one that is designed to maximize the creativity, innovation, and leadership that he provides to the Engineering team and to the organization, strengths that ultimately provide solid benefits to our valued customers.
