Of course we are pleased to reward these two individuals and ‘fine tune’ the Service Division’s organization. But we are also pleased with the fact that we have the ability to promote and to make position moves from within the organization. This reaffirms our belief that the employees that come to work for us become part of a growing, and continuously improving, organization.
